Relationship between Exosomes and Tumors:Application of Exosomes
摘要
Abstract
Cells continuously secrete a large number of different types of microvesicles into the extracellular fluids.The microvesicles including exosomes contain macro and micro-molecules.The role of exosomes has become the focus of research due to their function in intracellular communication and cancer development,which has been demonstrated in recent researches.With use of their structure and compositions,the exosomes can regulate the immune system,form a pro-tumor environment,and induce tumor malignant behaviors in the tumor development.Researches on exosome may provide a new direction for diagnosis and treatment of tumors.关键词
