过敏性鼻炎鼠模型中调节性B细胞比例变化及意义
Expression and significance of regulatory B cells in the murine model of allergic rhinitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of the proportion of regulatory B cells (Breg) in the murine model of allergic rhinitis.Methods:Sixteen BALB/C mice were randomly divided into two groups,the allergic rhinitis group and control group,with 8 mice in each group.Murine model of allergic rhinitis was constructed with ovalbumin,the use of saline as control group.The proportion of Breg cells in nasal mucosa of the two groups were measured by flow cytometrry.Results:The Breg cells can be detected in the allergic rhinitis group and the control group.The Breg proportion in allergic rhinitis group (1.15％±0.20％) was lower than that in the control group (2.30％±0.46％),and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The decreasing of Breg cell proportion plays an important role in the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis.关键词
