摘要
Abstract
Myocardial hypertrophy is the phenomenon that the cardiomyocytes transform from mature "contraction state" to "embryonic synthesis state".It is also the major pathological process that contributes to the development of heart failure.Cardiac fibroblasts are the most cell type in the heart,which participate in the synthesis and deposition of extracellular matrix,regulation of cell signaling and metabolism.In the injured or failing heart,cardiac fibroblasts could induce the fibrotic myocardial remodeling and modulate cardiac function.A statement of the related signaling about cardiac fibroblasts and other pathways which involves in the mediation of cardiac hypertrophy will be given from the document.关键词
