Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the effect of standard ingestion exercise scheme on stroke patients with dysphagia. Methods: Seventy stroke patients with dysphagia were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group adopted the conventionally comprehensive intervention scheme. The observation group adopted the standard ingestion exercise scheme on the basis of the conventional scheme. Then, the two groups were compared in respect of the scores of the swallowing function, the incidence of hypostatic pneumonia and rehabilitation exercise satisfaction. Results: As for the swallowing function, patients in the two groups improved significantly after the intervention, and patients in the observation group improved more greatly than those of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of aspiration pneumonia in the observation group was much lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Patients in the observation group were more satisfied with the ingestion exercise scheme than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of the conventionally comprehensive intervention scheme and standard ingestion scheme can effectively improve the swallowing function of the stroke patients with dysphagia and reduce the incidence of stroke - related aspiration pneumonia, which is worth further popularization in clinical practice.关键词
