社工与护士合作模式在空巢老年突发性耳聋患者中的应用效果
Application effect of the cooperation management mode of social workers and nurses on empty-nest old patients with sudden deafness

Abstract
Objective: To explore the impact of the cooperation management mode of social workers and nurses on the mental state and rehabilitation effect of empty-nest old patients with sudden deafness. Methods: Seventy empty-nest old patients with sudden deafness were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group through a random number table. Thirty nine patients in the observation group adopted the cooperation management mode of social workers and nurses to carry out nursing intervention, while 38 patients in the control group adopted routine nursing intervention. Then, we compared self-efficacy, mental health status and treatment effect of the two groups before and after the intervention. Results: As for the observation group, after the intervention, the total score of Strategies Used By People To Promote Health (SUPPH), score of each dimension,score of self-evaluation of anxiety scale (SAS) and score of self-rating depression scale (SDS) significantly enhanced and were better than those of the control group in the same period. As for the control group, scores of response and decision-making in SUPPH also enhanced. In the aspect of hearing improvement, the observation group did much better than the control group. Conclusion: The nursing intervention mode with the cooperation of social workers and nurses can effectively improve self-efficacy, mental health status and hearing recovery effect of empty-nest old patients with sudden deafness.关键词
