摘要
Abstract
Transient receptor potential (TRP) superfamily are non-selective cation channels. As a member of TRPM subfamily, TRPM7 has received much attention for its unique serine/threonine kinase domain, ubiquitous distribution and various physiological functions. Numerous studies have demonstrated that abnormal expression and function of TRPM7 channels are closely related to the formation and growth of breast cancer. So far, metastatic breast cancer cannot be cured and is the leading cause of mortality among patients with breast cancer.关键词
