摘要

Abstract

The carbonization properties of bagasse fiber were studied at different heating rate and under different atmosphere.The influence of different pretreatment methods on the carbonization properties of bagasse fiber and the morphology structure of bagasse carbon materials were researched by using thermogravimetric analyzer (TG) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The decomposition temperature of BF in nitrogen atmosphere increased with the heating rate increased.The decomposition temperature of BF in air atmosphere was 347 ℃ lower than 372C in nitrogen atmosphere.The bagasse fiber composition was different with different pretreatment methods,leading to the different decomposition temperature of carbonization process.The different bagasse carbon materials remained good fiber structure,and the fiber diameter mainly depended on the diameter of bagasse fiber before carbonized.The preparation of carbon fiber materials with bagasse fiber was completely feasible,and the pretreatment method can control the preparation of different carbon fiber materials.
