Interaction between Inflammatory Reaction and Sympathetic Nervous System in Central Regulation of Rats with Chronic Heart Failure

摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate interaction between immune inflammatory reaction and sympathetic nervous system in central regulation of rats with chronic heart failure (CHF).Methods A total of 36 rats with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into sham operation group,coronary artery ligating group and central system intervention group (n =12 for each group).CHF models were established by ligating the anterior descending coronary artery method in coronary artery ligating and central system intervention groups,while sham operation group received braid without ligating.Central system intervention group was interfered by angiotensin Ⅱ type 1 (AT1) receptor blocker (Losartan) after operation.Levels of basal sympathetic activity,heart function,plasma catecholamine and inflammatory factor were detected in three groups.Results Compared with those in sham operation group,in CHF rats,sympathetic nerve activity levels were significantly enhanced,tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) and interleukin-1 beta (IL-1β) levels in plasma and central system and norepinephrine (NE) levels in plasma were significantly increased (P < 0.05),while heart function levels were decreased (P < 0.05).Compared with those in coronary artery ligating group,in central system intervention group,sympathetic nerve activity,TNF-α and IL-1β levels in plasma,central system and NE levels in plasma were decreased (P < 0.05),while cardiac function was significantly enhanced (P < 0.05).Conclusion Inhibition of angiotensin level in central nervous system of CHF rats can reduce the excitability of the sympathetic system and immune inflammatory reaction during chronic heart failure and improve heart function.
