3种不同体位固定技术在腹部肿瘤术后调强放疗的摆位误差及重复性分析
Setup Error and Repeatability Analysis of Three Different Postures for Fixation in Application of IMRT after Surgery for Abdominal Tumor

Abstract
Objective To investigate setup error and repeatability analysis of three different postures for fixation in application of intensity modulated radiotherapy therapy (IMRT) after surgery for abdominal tumor.Methods A total of 81 patients undergoing IMRT during August 2013 and August 2014 were divided into group A,B and C (n =27 for each group).Group A was given supine position immobilizing technique;group B was given MT-BBCF carbon fiber of abdominal plate fixation;group C was given reformative MT-BBCF carbon fiber of abdominal plate fixation.Deviation conditions of center were recorded 1d before treatment and 15d,21d,30d and 35d after treatment among the three groups.Results There were no significant differences in X axly at different time points (P ＞ 0.05);in Y axly and Z axly,there were no significant differences between group A and C (P ＞ 0.05),while there were significant differences between group A and C with group B (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Reformative MT-BBCF carbon fiber of abdominal plate fixation has little setup error and good repeatability.关键词
