Abstract
The study of the quantitative measurement of the explosive sequence axial output energy of a burster.When exploding,the dent depth produced by exploding on the steel and the explosive detonation pressure presents approximately the linear relation,the greater the detonation pressure is,the deeper the dent depth is,so the steel dent depth can be used as a quantitative relative measurement to determine the sequential axial output energy of explosive exploding.On the basis of describing briefly the basic principle and measurement method of the steel dent method,a relation expression between explosive detonation pressure and the steel dent depth is found by the statistical treatment to the test data of the detonation pressure and dent depth of various explosive.In this article,based on the accelerated life test of a certain burster at 15 ℃,65 ℃,70 ℃,75 ℃ and 80 ℃,the explosive sequence axial output energy of this burster was measured and many test data of the steel dent were gathered according to this measurement method.Through analyzing the test results,the change curve between the explosive sequence axial output energy of this burster and the test stress level (the temperature stress level) was found then solved the quantitative measurement problem of the explosive sequence axial output energy of a burster.关键词
