胶体晶体模板法制备ZnS纳米阵列及其物性研究
Fabrication and Physical Properties of ZnS Nanoarrays via Colloidal Crystals Template
摘要
Abstract
ZnS two-dimensional nanoarrays were fabricated via monolayer polystyrene colloidal crystals template.Samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,X ray diffraction and photoluminescence spectrometer.Results showed that the unit of arrays exhibits an order hexagonal arrangement,and the morphology is related to the content of precursor.ZnS nanoarray has blende structure,and ultraviolet emission band locates at 360nm ~ 400nm.关键词
