扶正排毒方联合高效抗逆转录病毒疗法治疗艾滋病合并神经系统病变临床研究
Fuzheng Paidu Formula Combined with Highly Active Anti-Retroviral Therapy in Treatment of AIDS with Neurologic Disorder

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Fuzheng Paidu Formula combined with highly active anti-retroviral therapy in the treatment of AIDS with neurologic disorder.Methods:Eighty-six cases of patients with AIDS and neurologic disorder admitted into our hospital from February 2012 to January 2014 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups by drawing lots.Forty-three cases of patients in simple treatment group were treated with highly active anti-retroviral therapy,and the other 43 patients in combined treatment group were treated with Fuzheng Paidu Formula combined with highly active anti-retroviral therapy.The changes of peripheral blood CD4 + T lymphocyte counts,TCM syndrome score,weight and blood routine examination and clinical efficacy of patients in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:Before treatment,the differences of peripheral blood CD4 + T lymphocyte counts,TCM syndrome score,weight,abnormal rate of WBC,HB and PLT of patients in both groups were not statistically significant (P ＞ 0.05);Compared with that of pre-treatment,peripheral blood CD4 + T lymphocyte counts of both groups after treatment all obviously increased,and TCM syndrome score,abnormal rate of WBC,HB and PLT all obviously decreased,with the differences being statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05);Compared with that of pre-treatment,the weight of patients in simple treatment group after treatment significantly decreased (P ＜ 0.05);Compared with that of pre-treatment,the weight of patients in combined treatment group after treatment had no obvious changes,with the difference not being statistically significant(P ＞ 0.05);After treatment,peripheral blood CD4 + T lymphocyte counts and weight of patients in combined treatment group were significantly higher than that of simple treatment group,and TCM syndrome score of combined treatment group was statistically lower than that of simple treatment group (P ＜ 0.05);The total clinical effective rate of combined treatment group was significantly higher than that of simple treatment group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Applying Fuzheng Paidu Formula combined with highly active anti-retroviral therapy in the treatment of AIDS with neurologic disorder has significant clinical efficacy,by effectively increasing peripheral blood CD4 + T lymphocyte counts of patients and enhancing immune function.关键词
