Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Kang'ai Injection on leucopenia after chemotherapy of malignant Tumor.Methods:A total of 115 inpatients were randomly divided into treatment group (n =58) and control group (n =57).The control group was treated with Diyu Shengbai tablets combined with Leucogen Tablets,while the treatment group was treated with Kang'ai Injection Liquid 60ml,which was dissolved in 250 ml glucose or saline in concentration of 5 ％ for intravenous infusion.Changes of white blood cell counting,TCM syndrome and Karnofsky score of both groups of patients were observed and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results:The treatment group has obvious advantages in improving the TCM syndrome,improving the Karnofsky score and clinical curative effect.Compared with that of the control group,there were significant differences (P ＜ 0.05).In terms of elevating patients' white blood cell counting,there was no significant difference between the both groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:Kang'ai Injection has a good curative effect on leukopenia after chemotherapy by significantly improve the clinical syndrome of patients and improve the quality of patients' life.关键词
