Wuhu Decoction Combined with Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction in Treatment of Neonatal Mycoplasma Pneumonia with Phlegm-Heat Obstructing Lung Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To analysis the clinical efficacy of Wuhu Decoction combined with Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction in treatment of neonatal mycoplasma pneumonia with Phlegm-Heat Obstructing Lung Syndrome.Methods:Ninety-three cases of neonatal mycoplasma pneumonia with Phlegm-Heat Obstructing Lung Syndrome treated in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were selected and were randomly divided to observation group (47 cases) and control group (46 cases).The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Wuhu Decoction combined with Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction treatment in addition to that of the control group.The levels of serum β2-microglobulin (β2-MG),interleukin-10 (IL-10),interleukin-10 (IL-17) and transforming growth factor (IL-17) (TGF-β1) and the related adverse reactions of the both groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 97.87％,which was significantly higher than that (82.61％) of the control group (P ＜ 0.05);The break down time of fever,the reducing time and the rales disappearing time of cough of the observation group were significantly shorter than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum β2-MG,IL-10,IL-17 and TGF-β1 in both groups significantly decreased,and the decrease of that of the observation group was more statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the both groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:Wuhu Decoction combined with Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction in treating for neonatal mycoplasma pneumonia has obvious clinical curative effect,which can improve clinical symptoms,reduce renal function damage and improve the inflammatory reaction in children.关键词
