调更益经汤对免疫性卵巢早衰小鼠内分泌功能的影响
Effect of Tiaogeng Yijing Decoction on Endocrine Function in Mice with Immune Premature Ovarian Failure

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of Tiaogeng Yijing Decoction Decoction,which functions to tonify Kidney and Spleen as well as activating Blood circulation and regulating Liver Qi,on endocrine function in mice with immune premature ovarian failure.Methods:Seventy-five mice were randomly divided into normal gToup,model group,Prognova group,Prednisone group and Tiaogeng Yijing Decoction group.Seven days after the model was established,the rats in each group were given intragastric administration for 6 days and the rats had a rest for 1 day.The treatment lasted for 4 weeks.The reproductive endocrine indexes and ovarian morphological changes in each group were detected.Results:Compared with that of the blank group,the ovary index of the model group decreased significantly (P < 0.01).Compared with that of the model group,the ovary index of Prognova group,Prednisone group and Tiaogeng Yijing Decoction group significantly increased (P < 0.05),in which the regulation effect of Tiaogeng Yijing Decoction and Prognova Group was more significant(P < 0.01) and the effect of Tiaogeng Yijing Decoction was the best.Compared with that of the blank group,the expression of anti-MTR antibody and FSH in the model group significantly increased and the expression of anti-Mullerian hormone significantly decreased (P < 0.01).Compared with that of the model group,the expression of anti-MTR antibody and FSH were down-regulated and the expression of anti-Mullerian hormone increased (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Tiaogeng Yijing Decoction can improve ovarian reproductive endocrine function and inhibit the autoimmune premature aging to some extent.关键词
