胃和冲剂Ⅱ号治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎寒热错杂证临床研究
Number Ⅱ Weihe Granules in Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis with Cold and Heat Mixing Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Number Ⅱ Weihe Granules in treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis with Cold and Heat mixing Syndrome.Methods:Sixty cases of the CAG patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Weifuchun Pills and the treatment group was treated with Number Ⅱ Weihe Granules respectively.The course of treatment was 12 weeks.Results:after treatment,the total effective rates of the both groups were 93.33％ and 73.33％ respectively,which means that the clinical curative efficacy of the treatment group is significantly better than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The improvement of TCM syndrome of the control group was significantly larger than that of the control group(P ＜ 0.05).There was significant decreases in the TCM Syndrome scores of both groups except for the index of noisy stomach (P ＜ 0.05).There wcre improvements in indexes of gastroscopy outcome and pathological changes of both groups,without significant difference between the both groups (P ＞ 0.05).However,there was significant different in long-term clinical efficacy between the both groups (P ＜ 0.05),with the treatment group being better.Conclusion:Number Ⅱ Weihe Granules in treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis with Cold and Heat Mixing Syndrome can achieve satisfying clinical efficacy.关键词
