热敏灸联合中药外敷治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床研究
Thermal Moxibustion Combined with TCM External Application in Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of thermal moxibustion combined with TCM External Application in treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis.Methods:Ninety-four cases of patients with KOA in our hospital from April 2015 to August 2016 were selected as research objects and were randomly divided into observation group (48 cases) and control group (46 cases).Patients in the observation group were treated with thermal moxibustion combined with TCM External Application,and patients in the control group were treated only with thermal moxibustion treatment.All treatments lasted for 3 months.The Lysholm function scores,visual analogue scale (VAS) scores,inflammation index and the curative efficacy of both groups were evaluated and compared before and after treatment.Results:Lysholm function score and VAS pain score of the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the Lysholm function score and the VAS pain score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05);Levels of interleukin-1 (IL-1),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and prostaglandin-2 (PGE-2) of the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05) and the level of IL-1,TNF-and PGE-2 of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (x2 =8.783,P =0.003).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of thermal moxibustion combined with TCM External Application in treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis is significant,which can relieve the pain,reduce the inflammation and improve the knee joint function.关键词
