海洋钻井隔水管环焊焊接工艺的研究

摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the welding quality and welding efficiency of marine drilling riser pipe circumferential welding, with 4130 quenched and tempered steel riser pipe as the research object, produced the welding specimen, formulated the welding process specification of circumferential welding, and carried out welding procedure test, finally conducted the mechanical properties test and nondestructive tests for welding specimen. The results showed that adopting this welding process to weld 4130 quenched and tempered steel riser pipe, the mechanical properties of welded joint can reach the requirements of related standards, the observation results of macro corrosion was qualified, exceeding standard defects didn't be found through MT and UT, so the formulated welding specification was reasonable.关键词
