Abstract
In the process of environmental planning,setup of scientific and rational environmental protection targets is very important.The public are considered not only as a role to consume environment public goods,a force to protect environment,but also an evaluator for the environmental protection performance,so it is necessary to learn how the public feel and evaluate the environmental targets.In this paper,questionnaire survey and interviews are conducted in Beijing,Tianjin,Shanghai,Chongqing and Nanjing.The public awareness and perception of environmental task planning,environmental governance effectiveness and environmental quality indicators is investigated.The results show that the public have high expectation of the environmental targets.There are deviation between the effectiveness of environmental governance and the public perception.Integration of the public direct feeling into the environmental quality indicator evaluation system deserves attention.Finally,suggestions for promoting the public acquisition of environmental quality are proposed accordingly.关键词
