摘要
Abstract
According to the analysis of the nuclear accident emergency systems for emergency preplan,command,rescue,technical support and maneuver,experiences of foreign nuclear power countries in nuclear accident emergency management are studied and lessons of Fukushima nuclear accident are summarized.It is found out that there are problems existing in China's nuclear accident emergency system.Then,main strategies and measures for the nuclear accident emergency during the 13th--five-year plan are proposed,providing scientific and systematic working ideas for construction of the nuclear accident emergency system in China.关键词
