Abstract
The concentration of cement industry in Shijiazhuang is relatively low,excess capacity,production management and pollution control level is relatively backward,particulate matter,nitrogen oxides and other pollutants emissions has been relatively prominent With the implementation of new air quality standards,the overall air quality in Shijiazhuang city is difficult to reach the maximum level two standard,especially in the man-made pollution source and frequent weather conditions are not conducive to the diffusion of atmospheric pollutants in winter,more than 90% days of pollutants exceed the standard Therefore,how to Shijiazhuang cement industry emissions of governance,the overall stability of the atmospheric environmental quality and gradually improve,avoid regional air pollution is serious,has become the main target of the current and future period of air pollution control work关键词
