Abstract
The four big environmental diseases promoted the government to establish the compensation law for health damages The compensation system has four characteristics as follows:first,legislation is indispensable condition;second,it has a special compensation mechanism;third,the civil lawsuits promoted the system;fourth,dealing with the environmental pollution dispute Although there are issues left over from history such as Minamata disease,the Japanese experiences enlighten us:to establish and refine the legislative work of compensation for environmental health damage;to attach great importance to the role of litigation to legislation;to improve the certification standard for environmental health compensation;to establish the compensation system for environmental health damage on basis of precautionary principle.关键词
