摘要

Abstract

In this project,a rotary kiln is used as the key equipment of the incineration system to treat medical wastes and other hazardous wastes After purification treatment,the discharged exhaust gases were in line with the standard of "Pollution control standard for hazardous wastes incineration (GB1848-2001)" According to the operating experience,the waste feed is a critical step of incineration system as well as a high failure rate step Therefore,the waste feed system should be carefully considered at the early process design stage The L/D ratio of the rotary kiln,where the mixture of medical wastes and other hazardous wastes was burned,is suggested to be approximately 45 The anticorrosion should be done well at every part of the incineration system.
