废电池浸出液对水稻种子萌发及幼苗渗透调节物质含量的影响
Effects of Waste Battery Lixivium on Seed Germination and Contents of Osmotic Adjustment Substances of Rice

Abstract
Toxic effects of waste battery lixivium on rice seed germination were studied using water culture method.In this study,the effects of waste battery lixivium with different volume fraction(0,10%,20%,30%,40%,50%)on germination,embryo growth and the contents of osmotic adjustment substances were researched.The results showed that,as the volume fraction of waste battery lixivium increased,the germination rate,germination potential,germination index,vigor index,radicle length,plumule length,radicle fresh weight,plumule fresh weight and individual plant fresh weight showed overall declining trends.Waste battery lixivium had greater effect on germination energy,germination index,vigor index than that on the germination rate,and exhibited more inhibition effects on radical growth than that on plumule growth.The results also showed that the contents of soluble protein,proline and soluble sugar increased first and then decreased with the increase of volume fraction of waste battery lixivium during the germination of rice seed.Among them,the content of soluble protein was the maximum when the volume fraction of waste battery lixivium was 10%,which significantly increased by 9.32%,however those of other treatments were significantly decreased compared with the control.The contents of proline and soluble sugar reached their maximums when the volume fraction of waste battery lixivium was 40%,which significantly increased by 95.04%,80.09%,respectively,and those of other treatments also were significantly higher compared with the control.The above analysis indicated that waste battery lixivium showed significant inhibition effects on germination and embryo growth of rice seed.The study also suggested that under a certain volume fraction of waste battery lixivium stress,the rice seeds could enhance the water holding capacity of cells by incrcasing the intracellular organic osmotic adjustment substances to protect cells from injury or reduce the damage.关键词
