从小建中汤探讨“建中州”的治未病思想
Strengthening of the "Zhongzhou" in Preventive Medicine from the Aspect of Minor Center-Fortifying Decoction

Abstract
The prosperity and decline of the spleen and stomach(Zhongzhou) is closely associated with the occurrence and development of the disease." Protecting the spleen and stomach" is the key of the formula of Minor Center-Fortifying Decoction.Minor Center-Fortifying Decoction helps the middle energizer transport,restore the function of the spleen and stomach,thus making sufficient qi and blood.Nutrient and defensive having roots,internal conservation of nutrient qi and external consolidation of defensive qi prevent exterior pathogens attack the body.If the spleen and stomach are not strong,the nutrient qi and defensive qi become weak and fail to attack the external pathogen.This therapy of tonifying the spleen and stomach to enhance the body resistance to the external pathogen is the concrete embodiment of the thought of preventive treatment of disease,which has positive significance for the occurrence and progress of disease with main etiology of weakness of the middle energizer.关键词
