疏肝利胆方干预胆色素结石模型豚鼠的作用机制研究
Experimental Research on Liver-Dispersing and Gallbladder-Soothing Prescription on Guinea Pig with Pigment Gallstones

Abstract
Objective:To explore the action mechanism of Liver-Dispersing and Gallbladder-Soothing Prescription in guinea pig with pigment gallstones.Methods:Totally 15 normal guinea pigs were randomized into normal group,model group and Chinese medicine group,5 guinea pigs in each group.Blank group and model group were given introgastric administration of normal saline.Chinese medicine group were given introgastric administration of Liver-Dispersing and Gallbladder-Soothing Prescription.The stone-forming rate of the three groups were observed,the levels of IL-15,IL-1β,IL-2,PGE2 and contents of IL-15,IL-2 and CRP in the bile were determined.Results:The stone-formulating rate in Chinese medicine group declined obviously compared with model group;the difference had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with model group,the contents of IL-15,IL-1 βand PGE2 decreased in Chinese medicine group but the content of IL-2 increased;the difference had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with model group,the contents of IL-15 and CRP in Chinese medicine group declined in Chinese medicine group but the content of IL-2 increased with statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Liver-Dispersing and GallbladderSoothing Prescription can reduce the stone-forming rate in guinea pig with pigment gallstones,and the mechanism may be related with some proinflammatory cytokine and immunomechanism.关键词
