大补肝汤治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎临床观察
Clinical Observation of Major Liver-Tonifying Decoction in the Treatment of Non-Alcohlic Steatohepatitism

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Major Liver-Tonifying Decoction on non-alcohlic steatohepatitism(NASH).Methods;Totally 80 patients with N ASH treated in this hospital were randomized into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.All patients were conducted proper diet control and reasonable physical exercise.Treatment group were additionally given Major Liver-Tonifying Decoction and control group were additionally given Yishanfu Capsules for the treatment.Results:The effective rate was 95.0％ in treatment group and 72.5％ in control group;treatment group were superior to control group(P ＜ 0.05).The levels of ALT,AST and GGT,levels of TG and TC in treatment group were superior to those in control group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Major Liver-Tonifying Decoction has definite therapeutic effects on NASH,which can obviously improve the liver function and level of blood lipid.关键词
