头痛宁胶囊联合黛力新治疗慢性偏头痛36例
Thirty Six Cases with Chronic Migraine Treated with Toutongning Capsules Combined with Deanxit

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Toutongning Capsules combined with Deanxit on chronic migraine.Methods:Totally 69 patients with chronic migraine admitted iuto this hospital between January 2010 and December 2013 were randomized into single-drug group(33 cases) and combined group(36 cases).Single-drug group were given Toutongning Capsules while combined group were given Toutongning Capsules combined with Deanxit for the treatment.Results:The onset rate of headache mouthly,duration of headache and severity of headache in combined group were superior than those in Single-drug group (P ＜ 0.05).The effective rate was 86.1 1％ in combined group and 77.42％ in single-drug group;combined group were superior to single-drug group(P ＜0.05).The occurrence rate of adverse reaction was 27.78％ in single-drug group and 12.90％ in combined group;combined group were superior to single-drug group(P ＜0.05).Conclusion:Toutongning Capsules combined with Deanxit has significant therapeutic effects on chronic migraine.关键词
