改良独活寄生汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of improved Pubescent Angelica and Mistletoe Decoction on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(LIDH).Methods:Totally 120 patients with LIDH diagnosed in this hospital between June 2011 and December 2013 were randomized into experiment group,positive-drug group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.Control group were given conventional treatment while experiment group were added with improved Pubescent Angelica and Mistletoe Decoction and positive-drug group were added with Pubescent Angelica and Mistletoe Decoction on the basis of control group.Results:For the adverse reaction of the three groups,experiment group had the lowest rate,but the difference had no statistical significance (P ＞ 0.05).For the indicators of blood routine,kidney function and liver function,the difference between three groups had no statistical significance(P ＞0.05).The cure rate in experiment group was better than that in the other two groups(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Improved Pubescent Angelica and Mistletoe Decoction has significant therapeutic effects on LIDH.关键词
