消斑通络胶囊治疗颈动脉斑块91例
Ninety-One Cases with Carotid Plaque Treated with Plaque-Removing and Collateral-Dredging Capsules
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Plaque-Removing and Collateral-Dredging Capsules on carotid plaque.Methods:Totally 200 patients with carotid plaque treated in this hospital between January 2011 and August 2014 were randomized intoresearch group and control group,100 patients in each group.There were 9 cases in research group dropped out.The actual cases were 91 in research group and 92 in control group.Both groups were given conventional treatment while control group were given treatment of Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets while research group were added with Plaque-Removing and Collateral-Dredging Capsules.Results:Six months,12 months and 18 months after treatment,the intima-nedia thickness and blood lipid levels in treatment group were superior to those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Plaque-Removing and Collateral-Dredging Capsules has definite therapeutic effects on carotid plaque,which can promote the removal of carotid plaque and improve the blood lipid level.关键词
