化湿利节汤治疗急性痛风性关节炎临床研究
Clinical Research on Dampness-Resolving and Joint-Smoothening Decoction On Acute Gouty Arthritis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clnical effects of Dampness-Resolving and Joint-Smoothening Decoction on acute gouty arthritis.Methods:Totally 56 patients with acute gouty arthritis treated in this hospital between January 2015 and October 2016 were randomized into control group and treatment group,28 cases in each group.Control group were given western medicine for the treatment while treatment group were added with Dampness-Resolving and Joint-Smoothening Decoction.Results:The TCM symptom scores in treatment group were superior to those in control group(P ＜ 0.05).The levels of CRP,ESR and BUA in treatment group were superior to those in control group(P ＜ 0.05).For the rate of adverse reaction,treatment group were superior to control group(P ＜0.05).Conclusion:Self-formulated Dampness-Resolving and Joint-Smoothening Decoction has significant therapeutic effects on acute gouty arthritis,which can improve the clinical symptoms and the levels of CRP,ESR and BUA.关键词
