加味温肾降浊汤配合中药灌肠治疗慢性肾功能衰竭临床研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Supplemented Kidney-Warming and Turbidity-Descending Decoction combined with enema of Chinese medicine on chronic kidney failure (CKF).Methods:Totally 70 patients with CKF treated in this hospital between June 2014 and June 2016 were randomized into treatment group and control group,35 cases in each group.Control group were orally administered with Shenshuaining Granules and Golden Cabinet's Kidney Qi Pill while treatment group were given Supplemented Kidney-Warming and Turbidity-Descending Decoction combined with enema of Chinese medicine.Results:The effective rate was 94.3％ in treatment group and 77.1％ in control group;treatment group were superior to control group (P ＜ 0.05).The levels of creatinine and BNP in treatment group was superior to that in control group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Supplemented Kidney-Warming and Turbidity-Descending Decoction combined with enema of Chinese medicihe has significant therapeutic effects on CKF.关键词
