摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of Chinese medicine integrative therapy in the early stage on the rehabilitation of postpartum women.Methods:Totally 62 puerpera treated in this hospital between December 2014 and May 2015 were randomized into treatment group and control group;31 cases in each group.Both groups were given moxibustion treatment,media-frequency treatment combined with muscle force training.Control group were given interventional therapy from the 14th day after delivery while treatment group were given interventional therapy from the 3rd day after delivery.After treatment,the pelvic floor myodynamia,complications,SF-36,VAS and satisfaction degree before treatment and one week,2 weeks,4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment were evaluated.Results:The pelvic floor myodynamia,complications,SF-36,VAS aud satisfaction degree in both groups got improved obviously,and the improvement in treatment group were superior to that in control group;the difference had statistical significance(P＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine integrative therapy in the early+stage can apparently improve the pelvic floor function,enhance the life quality and satisfaction,relieve the pain and reduce the occurrence rate of complications.关键词
