中原帖氏飞针聚气针法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病60例
Sixty Cases with Vertebral Artery Type of Cervical Spondylosis Treated by Central-Plain Tie's Flying Acupuncture of Qi-Gathering Therapy

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clincial effects of central-plain Tie's flying acupuncture of qi-gathering therapy on vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis(VACS).Methods:Totally 60 patiens with VACS treated in the Pain Department,Acupuncture Department of Zhengzhou Hospital of Chinese Medicine and Henan Provincial Heavy Sports Management Center between April 2014 and June 2016 were randomized into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Treatment group were given central-plain Tie's flying acupuncture of qi-gathering therapy while control group were given fingernail-pressure needling.Results:The score of ESCV in treatment group was superior to that in control group(P ＜ 0.05).The therapeutic effects and peak blood flow velocity of vertebral artery and basilar artery in systolic phase in treatment group was superior to that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Central-plain Tie's flying acupuncture of qi-gathering therapy has definite therapeutic effects on VACS.关键词
