蜜炙附子含咽法治疗咽痛的古籍整理
Study on the Pharynx Method with Honeyed Aconite for the Treatment of Sore Throat in Ancient Books

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application law of pharynx method with honeyed aconite in the treatment of sore throat in ancient books of Chinese medicine.Methods:" Chinese medical classics" (cd-rom version) as data information platform was applied,the sore throat database and honeyed aconite database were established for preliminary screening,secondary screening,manual retrieval,and the analysis data set was established.The articles meeting the criteria were analyzed from the aspects of four diagnostic methods,tongue manifestation,etiology and pathogenesis.Result:Eventually 50 articles conforning to the criteria were included.The criteria for patients suitable for the pharynx method with honeyed aconite include:acute onset,etiology and pathogenesis of cold attack or yang impairment,difficult swallowing,severe throat swelling,wheezing rale in the throat,and simultaneous yin syndrome,cold syndrome and deficiency syndrome of non-swelling pharynx,weak woice,pale tongue but not swollen,thin and rapid and feeble pulse.Conclusion:The pharynx method with honeyed acouite in treating sore throat is characterized as the manifestations of "overall deficient cold and local excess".The main etiology and pathogenesis is yang deficiency and cold exuberance.The pharynx method with honeyed aconite is a simple,economical and effective method.关键词
