摘要
Abstract
Stroke is a high morbidity and mortality disease in China. Massive cerebral infarction, which often combine with coronary heart disease, has a poor prognosis. Here we present the experience of treating brain and heart simultaneously with integrated Chinese and Western medicine in massive cerebral infarction combined with coronary heart disease. "The open treatment principles ought be used in blocking syndrome" and "The astringent therapy ought to be used in collapsed syn-drome" were proposed to merely alleviate the symptoms in the acute phase. Nourishing liver and kidney, removing phlegm, and dredging collaterals ought to be used in the late phase. The treatment combined with Western medicine show good effect.关键词
