抗真菌中药的研究现状及成果转化分析
Analysis on Current Situation of the Research and Achievement Transformation of Antifungal Traditional Chinese Medicine
摘要
Abstract
We Collected and collated the 771 research papers on CNKI during the period of 2004-2015,meanwhile collected the information and data about the patent application of the national relevant departments of Chinese Medicine and analyzed the current situation of the research on Traditional Chinese Medicine,to analyze the present situation of the research on the antifungal Traditional Chinese Medicine,summarize the characteristics and mechanism of the antifungal Traditional Chinese Medicine,and discuss the problems and further development of the antifungal Traditional Chinese Medicine.Results showed that many literatures about study of Antifungal Chinese drugs are about antifungal effect;antifungal mechanism research is insufficient;not much reported on a study of monomer parent nucleus active ingredients;most Antifungal Chinese herbal medicine is compositae and leguminosae plants with heat clearing and detoxifying,clearing heat and drying dampness and other effects;research achievements conversion rate is not high.In the future research,it should be the introduction of new research techniques and methods,and further research on the molecular level and gene level of antifungal mechanism of Chinese herbal medicine.关键词
