身痛逐瘀汤治疗急性痔疮的疗效观察
Curative Effect Observation on Acute Hemorrhoids by Shentong Zhuyu Decoction（身痛逐瘀汤）

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect on acute hemorrhoids by Shentong Zhuyu Decoction.Methods:The 102 cases were divided into treatment group with 53 cases (treated by Shentong Zhuyu Decoction) and control group with 49 cases (treated by Diosmin),treatment for seven days,with follow-up of two weeks.The pain relief degree,ease days,hemorrhoids extinction time and degree,TCM syndrome score and protein fiber were observed and recorded in two groups.Result:The comparison on efficacy and pain relief between the two groups showed no statistical difference (P＞0.05).The treatment group showed better effect than control group on relieveing pain score and reducing fibrin raw (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Shentong Zhuyu Decoction can significantly ease the acute phase of hemorrhoids clinical symptoms.关键词
