红景天对痴呆作用机制的研究进展
Research Progress on the Mechanism of Hongjingtian (Rhodiola) on Dementia
摘要
Abstract
The mechanism of Hongjingtian (Rhodiola) on dementia was reviewed in the article,and the experimental study of Hongjingtian (Rhodiola) in vitro was summarized,including A β,oxidative stress,cholinesterase,anti-apoptosis,glutamic acid,calcium ion,Rho/ROCK/NF-kappa B pathway,stimulating the differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells into neuron like cells and other mechanisms.They play dual role in the protection of neurons and the regeneration of neurons,thus stay caducity and improve memory.Therefore,it has a good clinical application prospect.关键词
