CAB对红外低发射率涂层性能的优化研究
Study on the Optimization of CAB on the Performance of Low-Infrared-Emissivity Coatings

Abstract
To optimize the performance of the original low infrared emissivity coatings, Cellulose Acetate Butyrate (CAB) is added into the coatings. Infrared emissivity (8-14 μm) of the coating is measured through IR-2, the effect of CAB on the surface of coatings is observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM), and the mechanical properties and salt water-resistant performance of the coatings are also tested. The results indicated that: CAB added into the coatings can make the flake aluminum powder oriented array and form the 'mirror plate' structure, and at the same time, it can also reduce the surface defects of the coatings. Furthermore, it will decrease the aluminum powder content (from 40% down to 30%) of the coatings on the premise that infrared emissivity changes little. In addition, the mechanical properties and salt water-resistant performance of the optimized coatings are better than those of the primary coatings.关键词
