《海道测量规范》中水位控制部分修订的要点
Key Points About Revision to Water Level Control in Specifications for Hydrographic Survey
摘要
Abstract
Revision to water level control in Specifications for Hydrographic Survey is made for a new version according to the principle of the quality control.The key points about the revision are given:(①)Many types of methods for tidal correction can be employed,and different criteria should be met.(②)The mean sea level and the chart datum of the short term gauge should be calculated by transfer techniques,and the computation error at the 95％ confidence level should be less than 10cm and 15cm respectively.(③)The whole procedure should be well documented to meet the criteria of quality control.At last,some proposals about the items of specifications and other revision are offered.关键词
