Calculation method of constant and steady-state heat partition coefficient in multi-disc clutch
摘要
Abstract
A finite element model for calculating the heat partition coefficient between the friction components in multi-disc clutch was developed.It is revealed that the heat partition coefficient varies with time,and from an initial value to a steady state in the end.The condition of critical thickness ratio of constant heat partition coefficient was derived analytically.A method of calculating the steadystate heat partition coefficient was proposed and the analytical solution was obtained by friction material equivalence.The solution was valid by comparing with the finite element method (FEM).The resuits also show that the heat partition coefficient is determined by the thickness ratio and the heat capacity of the friction materials,but has no relationship with their conductivity.关键词
