保护层胀裂前钢筋通电锈蚀特性影响因素研究
Study on influence factors of corroded characteristics of reinforcing bars under galvanostatic accelerated corrosion before concrete cover cracking

Abstract
In this paper,the influence rule of corrosion methods and chlorides concentration on reinforcing bar corrosion behavior in mortar specimens before the concrete cover cracking was studied.Based on the corrosion test and micro measurement,by comparing and analyzing the corrosion efficiency,feature of the rebar and the morphology and component of the corrosion products of specimens under different accelerated corrosion,it is found that the theoretical corrosion rate of specimens in dif ferent working conditions,which is obtained by Faraday's law of electrolysis,is much higher than measured corrosion rate,and their correlation is not strong.Besides,the corrosion along longitudinal and circular direction of the bar is non uniformed.Under the same conditions,the corrosion efficiency of specimens under soaking corrosion is the highest,followed by the one under half-soaking corrosion,and the one under electromigration corrosion is the lowest.Under the same current density,the component of corrosion products of specimens in different working conditions is similar,and mainly of β-FeO(OH),γ-FeO(OH),Fe3O4 and Fe2O3,but their microstructure,structural composition and expansion rate are different,of which corrosion products of specimens under electromigration corrosion is the loosest in structural composition and the biggest in expansion rate.The effect of chloride salt concentration on corrosion efficiency is not obvious when the concrete cover is wet.However,the corrosion feature of the reinforcement in the specimen relates greatly to the position and shape of the negative electrode and the depth that the specimen immersed in electrolyte solution,etc.关键词
