摘要

Abstract

The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of different dietary concentrate to forage ratios (C/F) on the growth performance,biochemical indexes and economic benefits of Hainan black goats.Thirty growing goats with 10 kg body weight were divided into 6 groups with 5 goats in each group and provided 6 different diets:control (concentrate and forage feeding separately),different C/F total mixed ration(TMR) group (40 ∶ 60,45 ∶ 55,50 ∶ 50,55 ∶ 45,60 ∶ 40) and the experiment lasted 30 d.The results showed as follows:TMR treatments significantly increased the ADG and TG,but decreased F/G (P<0.05).Diet treatments did not affect ADFI of goats (P>0.05).For 40 ∶ 60 C/F group,the highest was ADG and TG while the lowest F/G.There were no significant differences among ALB,ALT,AST and ALP in 6 groups (P>0.05),but dietary treatments had different effects on TPROT,GLB,CHOL,TRIG,Urea and GLU (P<0.05).TMR treatments improved the net profit and input-output ratio,the 40 ∶ 60 C/F group displayed the best economic benefit.Based on this experiment,considering the growth performance,biochemical indexes and economic benefits,TMR treatment was better than the control,and the appropriate C/F was 40 ∶ 60 to growing Hainan black goats.
