基于根系抗氧化系统的高羊茅草坪修剪高度研究
A Study on Turf Mowing Height Based on the Antioxidant System of Tail Fescue Roots

Abstract
Regular mowing is an important measure for turf management,and an effective method to improve the quality of turf.This study is to explore the morphology and physiological mechanism of tall fescue under different mowing heights (0,1,3,5,and 7 cm).The results showed that different mowing heights have different influences on tall fescue roots.With the increase of mowing height,the recovery rate,dry weight,endogenous hormones cytokinin (CTK) and abscisic acid (ABA) rise.However,peroxidase (POD),superoxide dismutase (SOD),catalase (CAT),ascorbate peroxidase (APX),endogenous hormones indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) and gibberellin (GA) increased to maximum,and then decreased.In conclusion,the appropriate mowing height is 5 cm.关键词
