Abstract
In order to evaluate the applicability of hierarchical storage system (HSS) used in regional distribution network with high permeability photovoltaic,the HSS index system for multi-interest subject is proposed considering its practical functions as smoothing photovoltaic output and providing ancillary service,and the comprehensive evaluation algorithm based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) is established.Furthermore,the variation coefficient method is adopted to solve subjective deviation problem of judgment matrix by calculating the objective weight,and the improved TOPSIS method considering distance approach degree and angle approach degree is used to increase the evaluation precision.Numerical results show that the HSS index system has preferable completeness feature,the synthetic weighting method can locate the important index,the results of improved comprehensive evaluation algorithm is more authentic and the work in this paper is meaningful for HSS application.关键词
