摘要

Abstract

Based on the CHNS data,this paper applies the two-tier stochastic frontier model to measure the bargaining power between employers and employees in China's labor market.The results show that:firstly,the bargaining power is not equal for employers and employees,for the company with a strong bargaining power leads workers to get less than "fair" wage,while the bargaining power of workers increases with wage;secondly,over the past ten years,the situation of "strong capital,weak labor" has been not changed;thirdly,the labor market heterogeneity will affect the bargaining power between employers and employees.Therefore,bargaining power of workers should be enhanced,to create a favorable environment for the workers to get fair income,so as to promote a fair labor market.
