摘要
Abstract
Recently,Professor Lin Yifu and Professor Zhang Weiying's industrial policy debate has caused widespread and intense discussion in academia.In this context,a seminar on industrial policies was held in Beijing Jiaotong University,jointly launched by Beijing Jiaotong University,China Society of Industrial Economics,Capital University of Economics and Business,Liaoning Industrial Organization and Technology Innovation Research Center and so on,where a number of participants had an in-depth exchange.According to the main contents of the seminar,six aspects on industry policies are summarized,which are the definition and classification,the research perspective,the formulation and implementation,the status and effect,the evolution and transformation,as well as the relationship between government and market.关键词
