Top Management Team Heterogeneity,Business Model Innovation and Enterprise Performance

Abstract
There are less research focusing on the relationship between top management team heterogeneity and business model innovation,along with inconsistent conclusions.Meanwhile,when discussing the relationship between business model innovation and enterprise performance,little existing research used empirical methods to measure the influence of each dimension of business model innovation on enterprise performance.By collecting and analyzing 291 questionnaires,this research draws three conclusions:(1)The top management team heterogeneity has a U type impact on business model innovation,which means when the heterogeneity of top management team is at a high or low level,the innovation of business model is more prominent.(2)The degree of business model innovation has a significant positive correlation with enterprise performance.(3)Each dimension of business model innovation plays a distinctive role in the promotion of enterprise performance,and among all the dimensions,the value creation dimension plays the most conspicuous role in improving enterprise performance.关键词
