Abstract
Objective:To explore the relationship between family environment,parents nurturing styles in Bipolar Disorder children.Methods:56 BPD children and 50 healthy children were given questionnaire survey.The Family Environment Scale-Chinese Version(FES-CV)and the Egma Minnen av Bardnosnauppforstran(EMBU)had been used.The relationship between family environment and parents nurturing styles were analyzed with Logistic regression analysis.Results:Compared with the control group,intimate degree,emotion expression,amusement and score of M1 were significant lower in BPD group(F=4.098,3.245,3.090,27.891,P＜0.05),while scores of F2,M4,F5,M3,M2,contradictions and controlling nature were significant higher (F =6.754,4.762,5.432,6.760,7.012,6.871,3.765;P ＜ 0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that intimate degree,contradictions,controlling nature,M1 had significant correlation with BPD.Intimate degree and Mlwere protective factors for BPD children (β =-0.608,-0.771;P＜0.01).But contradictions,controllingnature of family environment were risk factors for BPD children(β =0.509,0.617;P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Intimate degree,contradictions,controlling nature,M1 are the influencing factors for BPD children.关键词
